What is your Cancellation / No Show policy ? We understand that you have to cancel your tour due to some major reason. However we request you to inform us in written. We would try our best to reduce the cancellation charges however as a general policy the cancellation charges would be as follows.
Your cancellation request must be e-mailed to us before the appropriate deadline. Do you offer discounts ? Yes, our Weight Loss Program returning customers receive 10% discount on full price. You receive approximately 12% discount if you book for the second week of the Weight Loss Lifestyle Program. We offer some referring discounts for our agents as well. May I pay the full price upon arrival ? We have to reserve apartments for our clients before arrival. There is high demand for the lodging In French Riviera so it should be done as early as possible. That is why the booking fee is mandatory. If you have some special request, please use Contact Us on top of every page Which airlines fly to Nice (France) ? AirTransat, Delta, Air France, British Airways, KLM, European discount airlines (EasyJet, etc.) Please check with your travel agent or use online air ticket providers Do you pay for my travel to Nice, France ? No, you have to plan your trip by yourself. Our clients come from various countries, some fly business class, others come by train. Why not at hotel ? It does not make sense for our Weight Loss Lifestyle Program. Should I rent a car ? You do not need a car to take our Weight Loss Lifestyle Retreat Program. If you come by car, there is free parking available. How do I find the place ? You e-mail us about where are you coming from and we will provide the detailed instructions how to reach the destination. If you need pick up/transfer at the Nice Airport or at La Gare de Nice, it may be arranged for some additional fee upon request. Do we have some sightseeing, tourist agenda ? During your Lifestyle Program scheduled week you will have time for trips to Antib and Cannes. You may wish to visit Nice, in France (10mi), Monte Carlo in Monaco (20mi) and San Remo in Italy (45mi) etc. by train or by car. Should I bring my towels, sheets ? The linen and towels are provided. You may bring extra for your comfort or special needs. Do I have refrigerator at my apartment ? Yes, all apartments are equipped with a stove, a refrigerator and kitchenware and most of them have microwave, dishwasher or washer or both. Can we share the apartment with my friend ? Yes, the apartments are furnished with double / queen beds. You may book one bedroom apartment for more comfort or two bedroom apartment to share with your friend or family members. Please inquire about prices. We always try to suit the needs of our clients upon request. Are kids allowed ? Yes, if they take part in our Weight Loss Lifestyle Program or a non-participating member is supervising them.  |
