Thawing: tuna, diced tomatoes

No Bake
4 blocks of yellowfin tuna,
300 g of cubed tomatoes with Italian
250 ml of lemon sorbet,
1 tsp. tablespoons parsley
1 tsp. tablespoon coriander
4 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil.
3 limes,
½ cucumber
½ red onion,
1 tsp. coffee coriander seeds,
1 tsp. Coffee berry pink
salt and pepper.
Prepare the marinade with the juice of the limes, olive oil, coriander, pink pepper. Add salt and pepper.
Cut blocks of tuna into small slices 1 / 2 inch thick or cubes. Place them in the marinade and place in a cool 6 hours.
Peel the cucumber and onion and slice finely.
Arrange on serving plates cubes of tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, tuna, herbs, a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
Serve topped with a small scoop of lemon sorbet
