KETO Intermittent Fasting

KETO Intermittent Fasting is a cycle between a period of fasting and non-fasting during a defined period.

KFT Program recommends : 8 hours eating / 16 hours fasting.

If your first meal starts at 10 am then

your last meal finishes at 6 pm (10 + 8 = 18) .

Intermittent Fasting lasts 16 hours: from 6 pm until 10 am of next day
