It is challenging to stay on a diet. Choosing to adopt the keto diet is a personal decision. Only you can make it. And you need to check with your doctor.

You will need to cut down your carbohydrates (sugar, bread, pasta) consumption permanently. It will take about two months to see sustainable results - your new looks!

It takes about a week for your body to switch from carbohydrates to fats - depending on your body type, activity levels, and what you’re eating.

You will need dedication and discipline to stay on ketogenic diet. That is why there is a selection process of KFT Program participants. You will have to demonstrate your dedication or stickability.

KFT Stickability Challenge is designed to help you to participate in the program.

KFT Program participants are coming from different countries with various eating patterns. For example, somebody may have a full meal of rice with proteins under vegetable sauce and says he eats just “rice”. We would like to be on the same page with everyone, so we definitely need to know how you call your meal and what are the ingredients of every particular meal you eat.

As all of you probably know, the ketogenic diet is based on limited consumption of carbohydrates (sugar, grains, starch). This may be hard for some of you, right? You need to stick with low carbohydrates for couple weeks before your body switches to ketogenic mode - using fat of your body to produce energy. You cannot have two keto and one carb meal during the day. It will not work !

The worst thing you can do is to start & stop your ketonegic diet again and again. You need to send a clear message to your body - "Consume fats and make body energy of fat ! Stop using carbs and stop storing fats inside! Switch to ketogenic process".

To achieve this you need to limits carbs for your body and to provide enough fats to it. It is easier for your body to make energy out of carbs that to make it out of fats. So, if you show some weakness ( by eating bread or drinking a can of cola with 40 grams of sugar inside) - you just tell your body that you are cheating, you are not serious of keto.
